The primary role of the Commis Cook / Kitchen Assistant is to provide support to the Head and Sous Chef and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner. Basic Function

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen staff in the preparation and serving of meals to guests or hotel staff.
