Job Description:

• Plans; organize, and sets up the site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction objectives;
• Handle project schedules and technical matters.
• Able to work with subcontractors/ suppliers and ensure their works are within the schedule.
• Liaise with the project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress updates and monitoring of quality.
• Liaise with the relevant authorities to meet permits and licensing requirements.
• Manage site progress and timely delivery of the project.
• Manage cost control and project quality compliance.
• Ensure that Work Safety and Health practices are duly carried out.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building / Construction Management, or any other discipline related to Building Construction.
• At least 5 years experience in the building construction field. Preferably with experience in public and private projects.
• Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in persuasion, service-oriented client relationships and people management.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Please include projects handled for our reference.
• Alternate Saturday work

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management

• Direct and oversee multiple large-scale rail and road construction projects simultaneously
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution strategies and delivery plans
• Ensure projects meet all technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions when necessary
• Lead project review meetings and provide regular updates to executive management and clients

Team Management & Development

• Manage and mentor construction teams, including project managers, site managers, engineers, and supervisors
• Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular team assessments
• Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement
• Recruit, develop, and retain top construction talent across multiple project sites

Stakeholder Relations & Communication

• Serve as primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
• Lead client presentations and participate in business development initiatives
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and other project stakeholders

Operational Excellence

• Implement and maintain company construction standards, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies across all projects

Commercial & Financial Management

• Oversee project budgets and financial performance
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify and pursue change management opportunities
• Contribute to tender preparation and bid strategy development

Required Qualifications:

Education & Professional Credentials

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification
• Advanced degree (Master's in Construction Management, MBA) preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years progressive experience in construction management
• 10+ years specific experience in rail and/or road infrastructure projects
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing multiple large-scale projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects valued at $300M+
• Experience with Design-Build, PPP, or EPC project delivery methods preferred

Technical Competencies

• Deep understanding of rail and highway construction methodologies
• Proficiency in construction planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (AASHTO, AREMA, FRA, DOT standards)
• Familiarity with BIM/3D modeling and digital construction technologies
• Understanding of geotechnical, structural, and transportation engineering principles

Assist in installation and running of product demonstration, events and exhibition. Strong interest to guide and impact knowledge to guide customers on product knowledge. Organize and lead classes for Customers for beginner and intermediate level. Work alongside other Engineers on the team to evaluate software and consistently apply best practices. Propose and implement creative, efficient solutions for machine vision problems, and contribute to expanding our application for assigned Product Group
