The Role

• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment

• Report equipment OOS issues and equipment purchase requests

• Maintain integrity, accuracy and completeness of QC data and records

Optimise quality and efficiency of department workflows and activities

• Assist in preparing and participate for laboratory inspections and audits

• Compile data to support business and performance metrics reporting

• Propose solutions to improve QC procedures, activities and workflows

• Gather information to support feasibility assessments of introducing new QC procedures, systems and equipment

Experience:

• At least one year experience in QC lab. Knowledge in operating HPLC and Empower software added advantage.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly confident and articulate Senior Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience to drive business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technology/delivery teams
• Lead requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution walkthroughs
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized solutions
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Support project delivery across the full lifecycle (initiation to implementation)
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure alignment

Experience

▪At least 8 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis

▪Good understanding of Core Finance processes: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Reporting and Analysis

▪Ability to deal with complexity and to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

▪Proven track record in planning, strategizing and supporting Finance and/or Procurement.

The Finance Business Analyst will be:

•Developing and maintains productive and collaborative relationships with Stakeholders.

•Driving and provides support in Cost Optimization.

•Serves as the bridge between Tech and Business Units as a “trusted advisor "on all Tech cost, recharges and procurement matters.

•Collaborates with Tech team leads to resolve operational and project issues related to Finance/Procurement activities.

•Management reporting for the Tech and Operations department.

•Policy and procedure development for the Tech business planning department.
