Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Contract

Summary

The primary focus will be supporting the Paid Search team in driving our strategy and partnering with our external agencies to deliver executional excellence across APAC. Secondary focus areas will be in assisting in our Paid Media programs and in helping to map out new performance marketing channels to explore.

Key Responsibilities

•        Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (search, social, display, video, affiliates, etc.)

•        Own customer acquisition strategy and full-funnel performance optimization

•        Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI

•        Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements

•        Run structured testing (creative, targeting, landing pages, bidding models)

•        Develop audience segmentation and remarketing strategies

•        Collaborate with creative, product, data, and marketing teams to improve campaign outcomes

•        Manage attribution models and ensure accurate tracking and measurement

•        Produce performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders

•        Stay current on platform changes, automation tools, and industry best practice

•        Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels

•        Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis

•        Write and test ad copy, extensions, and landing page strategies to improve conversion rates

•        Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROAS and CPA efficiency

•        Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimization (bids, targeting, creative, structure)

•        Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and reporting

•        Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies

•        Collaborate with SEO, content, analytics, and creative teams to align campaign strategy

•        Ensure tracking, tagging, and attribution models are correctly implemented

Qualifications & Experience

• ­         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• ­         8 - 10 years in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing
• ­         Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• ­         Analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
• ­         Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and attribution models
• ­         Knowledge of bid strategies, automation, and campaign structuring best practices
• ­         Hands-on experience managing paid media platforms
• ­         Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on data
• ­         Experience with tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing pixels, etc.)
• ­         Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI
• ­         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Objectives

• Test program management to support upcoming transformation program in CRM domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services. Preferable to have domain knowledge in core banking, wealth and CRM customer onboarding
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing.
• Works with the Vendor and other stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other Vendor artefacts for the testing service delivery across upcoming CRM transformation program to upgrade the current CRM onboarding application. 
• Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits.
• Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored into the plan.
• Engages with various stakeholders ﴾including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business﴿, testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the banks’ objectives and demand.
• Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by stakeholders, testing service providers.
• Quantify, manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable.
• Drive and collaborate with all stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable.
• Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation.
• Works closely with the Test Engineering Lead to provide inputs around domain specific test engineering requirements and ensure that they are met.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads for the respective domains.
• Engages stakeholder communities to get their feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities to be fed back to the Test TCoE team.
• Level of Experience: L4: 10 or more years of relevant experience

Key Requirements:

• Industrial knowledge in banking specifically in core banking, wealth and CRM customer onboarding
• Well verse in SDLC and project delivery especially in testing.
• Has experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including vendors
• Detail and process oriented to ensure deliverables are produced as per governance. 
• Project management experience as an added advantage

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Partnering – Co-lead in implementation of talent management and succession planning processes from end to end. These include talent nominations, talent assessments, talent reviews, talent development and talent engagement.
• Execute talent review process across various job groups of Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, Operations & Administration
• Facilitate the tracking, monitoring and progress update of individual development plans of succession candidates and high potentials by working in partnership with Business Partners
• Plan, organise and support engagement sessions of succession candidates & high potentials with snr leaders
• Monitor and report the key performance indicators to talent management and succession planning
• Data Analytics & Process Improvements – Co-lead in leveraging on analytics tools and AI such as predictive modelling and real time dashboard to analyse data and provide actionable insights,and streamline reports updating and generation.
• Talent & Leadership Development - Drive the implementation and coordination of learning and development interventions.
• Manage annual nomination exercise initiated for high potentials to be attached to MOH or related agencies on partial FTE to work on specific projects, or be on secondment for 2 years
• Track the progress of succession candidates and high potentials in their stretch assignments and roles
• Source and recommend appropriate coaches, and negotiate on the appropriate coaching structure and fees
• Track progress of executive coaching and seek informal feedback from coach, coachee and supervisor
• Conceptualise, design and implement flagship leadership programmes, in partnership with business leaders. It would also include seeing through the procurement process end to end.
• Facilitate the nomination process for talent development milestones programmes
• Headship Appointments / Reappointments - Facilitate leadership rejuvenation on key leadership appointment process of Head of Departments, Head of Divisions and Clinical Directors.
• Transformation Efforts - Be an instrumental member to plan and execute strategies to bring the department to the next level.

Job Requirements

• Possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or any related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in talent management, learning & development, organization development or related areas
• Well-versed in seeing through end-to-end planning and execution of leadership programmes including content validation, delivery methodology, expected results & post programmes follow up
• Proven track record in designing and implementing talent management strategies at organization level
• Experience in competency framework development, programme and curriculum design development
• Experience in project management and change management
• Adept in confidently engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels
• Being IT savvy and prior experience in developing HR systems such as talent analytics will be an advantage
