Summary:

• Prepare, consolidate, analyze and reports on Distribution Budgets, Logistics KPIs & Freight market conditions.

• Perform freight related transactions in SAP system.

• Gather insights from stakeholders and contribute to improving global operating procedures and processes

• Support finance processes related to Freight

• Assist in building and completing Ad-Hoc projects given by management.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Operations:

• Maintain price lists and spreadsheets for freight

• Calculate and maintain the freight & duty conditions in SAP

• Receive and verify freight invoices/billings against shipments and agreed quotations

• Report and account for open freight accruals to Finance monthly

• Process purchase requests in SAP and follow up until payment is completed

• Liaise and coordinate with shipping associations/shipping lines/forwarders

Analysis, Reporting and Projects:

• Prepare monthly dashboards and presentations including key performance indicator reports and freight accrual

• Prepare and consolidate annual sustainability report for all entities

• Consolidate, analyze and report on the monthly distribution cost forecasts from all entities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable reports that track progress towards plans

• Gather insights from stakeholders and contribute to improving operating procedures and processes for Freight, Warehouse & Logistics operations globally

• Drive or participate in global Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain projects, as the lead logistics liaison

About The Role

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s:

• Adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role, managing residential and/or mixed development properties.
• At least a Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications.
• Familiar with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is a plus, but not essential.
