What You'll Do

• Represent brands across various marketing initiatives.

Salary: $3,000 to $3,500
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm from Mon to Fri)
Work Location: Sin Ming (near Bishan, Marymount, Upper Thomson & Ang Mo Kio MRT Stations)

Responsibilities:
• Sales order processing (prepare sales order, invoices, and delivery order) for local and overseas markets.
• Assist the Sales Team with quotations and sales enquiries.
• Liaise with internal Logistics team or external forwarders on delivery and shipping arrangement.
• Maintain up to date orders information to customers.

Requirements:
• GCE N/O, Nitec or Diploma holders
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good team player and able to perform task without much supervision
• Good working attitude and responsible
• Singaporean only need apply

EDI Troubleshooting

• Manage disputed invoices for customers on EDI billing

• Trouble shooting root cause and resolve dispute on a timely manner

• Communicate and work with local & overseas stakeholders for resolutions

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
