Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of HVAC design experience, preferably in semiconductor or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, heat transfer, and airflow control
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools
Experience in cleanroom HVAC systems is highly preferred
Good coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Candidates with good experience will be considered for a higher role, and the salary will be commensurate accordingly
