About Job Position:

ATLAS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations & Events Supervisor to support our Reservations & Events function within our corporate office. This role will manage our Junior Reservations Executive and have oversight to our bespoke ATLAS retail offering. The Reservations & Events Supervisor plays a key part in maintaining our day-to-day reservation systems and procedures, within our high-volume environment. The role is crucial in supporting our operational team in venue, allowing the team to deliver an elevated level of guest service that reflects the ATLAS experience.

Reporting directly to the Events & Reservations Manager, this position requires a high level of administrative attention to detail and time management, combined with the ability to provide genuine, warm yet professional degree of guest service through written and verbal communication to our guests. You will also support the coordination of group bookings and Takeover events, while ensuring seamless communication between guests and the operations team. 

We are searching for a special individual who has a genuine desire to create and positively impact every step of our guest experience. Are you the one? You must be guest-oriented and able to professionally communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues to uphold our reputation for delivering world-class service. A vibrant personality and genuine enthusiasm for supporting operations are essential.

This is a Full-Time role, scheduled over a 5-day week, primarily during office hours. As a key requirement of the position is to support our venue operations, you may be required to work on some public holidays but will be provided with alternative days in lieu.

Previous experience in the hospitality or service industries will be advantageous and exposure to food and beverage reservations systems, particularly SevenRooms, will be highly regarded. 

As a valued member of the team, you will gain invaluable guest relations experience across both office-based and in-venue situations, while also developing your knowledge of food and beverage operations through close collaboration with our wider team. Duties and Responsibilities:

·            Ensure that all reservation enquiries are handled in a professional and time sensitive manner

·            The primary point of contact for all written enquires between ATLAS and our guests

·            Facilitates all guest needs and expectations in ATLAS by providing exceptional service

·            Work closely with Host team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

·            Ensure that all standard procedures, rules, regulations and sequence of service are implemented

·            Provide service that reflects the high standards of ATLAS and exceed all guest expectations

·            Manage guest profiles, preferences, and booking records within SevenRooms

·            Support any activities of the management
