We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Executive to provide end-to-end administrative, scheduling, conference logistics, and communications support to the Programme Chair (PC) of Healthy Longevity Translational Research Programme. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years’ experience in IT Financial Management (FinOps) and cloud cost optimization
• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in PMO support, project tracking and reporting, managing vendor contracts, procurement processes, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-on-one literacy support to students with hearing loss in mainstream primary and secondary schools.
2. Regularly assess and monitor each student’s progress according to their individual needs, and keep records of their performance.
3. Liaise and work closely with school personnel, parents and other stakeholders.
4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes in alignment with the funders' and organisational guidelines.
