We are seeking a Risk Management Facilitator to support safety and risk management for our construction project in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all safety and risk management practices are in compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and hazard identification activities.
• Support and review Design for Safety (DFS) implementation throughout design and construction stages.
• Review construction processes and identify potential risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are in place.
• Facilitate site inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Prepare and maintain quality and safety reports.
• Participate in and contribute to regular project meetings on safety and risk management matters.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective implementation of risk control measures.
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or relevant authority.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in design, including involvement in design development and preparation of specifications.
• Experience in railway or tunnel projects is required.
• Must have attended and passed the Design for Safety (DFS) Professional Course or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and experience in hazard identification and risk assessment methodologies.
• Well versed in construction supervision of structural works.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect with valid practicing certificate.
• Degree recognised by PEB, BOA, SISV or SPM.
