Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Recognised Early Childhood Education qualification (EY2 / L1 / L2) and/or relevant diploma or degree.
- Candidates trained in child-led or relationship-based approaches (AMI or AMS Montessori training, or equivalent), will be given priority.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the school’s language of instruction, either English or Chinese (minimum ‘B4’ in O-Level English or Chinese, or equivalent qualification; IELTS Band 6.5 or HSK Level 6), to take on the roles of an English or Chinese language teacher
- Positive, charismatic, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for working with children and shaping their lifelong learning journey.
Additional Requirements:
- Comfortable working in open-air classrooms and leading outdoor activities.
- Flexibility and willing to support occasional Saturday events and community programmes.
- Physically fit and open to overseas travel for annual school exchange projects or training.
