• Oversee maintenance works involving static and rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, heat exchangers, vessels, piping, valves and agitators.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, contractors and vendors to ensure maintenance works are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Support plant shutdown, turnaround, modification and improvement projects when required.
• Investigate equipment failures, recommend corrective actions and support reliability improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work records, job plans and related documentation.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in mechanical maintenance within petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, power plant, terminal, manufacturing or process industry.
• Good knowledge of static and rotating equipment maintenance.
• Experience in supervising contractors, maintenance teams or plant maintenance activities will be an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, permit-to-work system, risk assessment or ISO standards will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with supervisory experience may be considered for senior roles.
