The Responsibilities

As the pioneer team member in Singapore, your role consists of client reception & itinerary planning for HongKong (HK) government funding projects. You will receive HK corporate clients visiting Singapore. As a support staff, you will arrange hotel, transport, exhibition visits, photo/video sessions. You will coordinate 3 to 5-dayitineraries and ensure smooth execution. You will handle administration & documentation, prepare company profiles, business plans, proposals, minutes, reports, organise files and follow up on project progress.

You will be required as a New Business Support for power bank rental project. You will arrange meetings with partners, follow up contracts, documents, and data.
