About The Role

This individual will be part of the NUHS Cluster Ops Team, entrusted to strengthen governance and oversight across procurement processes & practices across NUHS. He/she is expected to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will require him/her to effectively balance diverse stakeholder needs while managing concurrent priorities.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Control Self-Assessment (CSA) timely; encompassing the full spectrum of end-to-end procurement across the institutions in NUHS.

• Provide practical advice and recommendations with regard to control measures in procurement, effectiveness and efficiency of work operations as well as best practices.

• Identify areas of control weakness, detect irregularities, and provide recommendations to address the identified weaknesses based on a sound and systematic examination of the processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related disciplines with min. 3 years working experience.

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and process-minded Lead, Talent Acquisition & Strategy to drive our hiring efforts and build the foundation of our Talent Acquisition function. Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments and levels, including technical, corporate and leadership hiring.
