SCOPE

The overall scope of the incumbent includes producing an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by managing a service team. REQUIREMENTS

• Possess good understand of both classic and modern cocktails, their recipes and history
• Ideally you will have at least 2 years in a similar role.
