Job Description:
- Administering the M&E documents and involvement in the tender for M&E contracts.
- Project management for overall Mechanical & Electrical works and daily site activities for the project.
- Coordinate with different departments on execution of various M&E installation works.
- Liaising with Clients, consultants, authorities, and all M&E Subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the project.
- Liaising and coordinating with M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.
- Conduct regular meeting with their M&E Team and site team to ensure smooth operation of the project.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in large scale building projects preferred.
