• Lead or actively participate in cross-site taskforces to resolve critical yield and quality excursions, ensuring timely containment, root cause identification, and sustainable corrective actions.

• Apply strong statistical and data-driven problem-solving techniques to large, complex manufacturing and test datasets to support decision-making and executive communication.

• Maintain and continuously enhance domain expertise in yield engineering, test methodologies, and FE–AT interactions, proactively identifying innovation opportunities with a structured and strategic mindset.

• Build strong working relationships with global peers and stakeholders in Fab, AT, TD, Product Engineering, and GQ. Communicate status, risks, and recommendations clearly and effectively.

• Deliver clear and compelling technical presentations to diverse audiences, including project updates, yield deep-dives, and new initiative proposals.

• Align regularly with management on goals, priorities, and execution status, proactively escalating risks and driving resolution.

• Travel to Micron global manufacturing and assembly/test sites as needed to support yield learning and execution.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and yield engineering, including FE wafer fabrication processes, electrical/parametric test, probe yield, and AT test fundamentals.

• Strong experience in E2E data analysis, correlating FE process data with probe and final test results to drive yield and quality improvements.

• Hands-on capability in statistical analysis, data mining, root cause analysis, and problem solving, with strong attention to detail.

• Experience with DRAM device operation, test flows, and yield learning methodologies is highly desirable.

• Exposure to FE integration, advanced packaging, AT processes, or test development is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to cross-functional and global audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment, with strong collaboration and influence skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools or scripting languages is a plus.

• Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive in taking ownership and driving results beyond defined responsibilities.

Examining and priming surfaces for plastering.

Selecting the appropriate plastering materials fordifferent sites.

Fixing and repairing previous plastering work whennecessary.

Reporting any structural issues to the site foreman.

Mixing and preparing mortar, plasters, and otherfinishes.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Technical Issues

-To review project specifications and technical clarifications.

-To coordinate with Main-Contractors/Sub-Contractors on the shop drawings/samples/method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.

-Liaise with Main-contractors, sub-contractor on shop drawing and coordinate for site activities on site.

-Check and revise the drawing, report to project engineer for approval.

2. Site Operations

-To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works

-Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing

-To Coordinate with MC for technical、progress、quantity、follow up and solve the issue.

-Fill up the inspection form and follow site inspection and close the comment with site team

3. Documentation

-To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

-Preparing and Joint Method of statements SWP and relevant drawings for site works.

-konwledge in Mandrain languages to handle queries and feedbacks from chinese worker and chinese forman

(a)       To report and assist Project Manager on projectfunctions including but not limited to project management, site management,risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals;

(b)       To assist Project Manager in project planning,implementation and to coordinate all construction works on the project site arein accordance to the master and detailed work program;

(c)       To prepare, plan and submit project relateddocuments, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment,monthly report, progress reports etc;

(d)       To assist in tender preparations and technicalsubmissions;

(e)       To coordinate and supervise a team ofsub-contractors and supervisors of smooth execution of works under thecontracts;

(f)        To supervise the execution of the constructionworks and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contractspecifications/bills of quantities, construction drawings, company’s qualitystandards, Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices and all othercontract document;

(g)       To coordinate and liaise with Client’srepresentatives, relevant authorities, consultant, sub-contractors, suppliersetc on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical andnon-technical resolutions followed by documentation;

(h)       To liaise with client or consultant for siteinspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessaryrecords are maintained at site. To assist Finance department in verifyingprogress payments and claims from contractors;

(i)        To ensure performance complies with contractspecifications and quality requirements but does not exceed its contractualrequirements;

(j)        To establish proper and effective documentcontrol system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings,project documents and specifications;

(k)      Be responsible for anyother duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/managementdeem fit.

REQUIREMENTS

a)       Preferably experience in road maintenance.

b)       Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SingaporePE Board

c)        Preferably 3 years of working experience ingeneral construction related industry.

d)       Independent and can work under tight schedule.

e)       Possess a Class 3 driving license, owned vehicleis preferred.
