The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore is looking for researchers and engineers to develop next generation quantum computers based on trapped ions. There are multiple positions available at different levels with a diverse set of expertise. This program is funded under the National Quantum Processor Initiative, a flagship program under the National Quantum Office Singapore. The aim of the program is to develop a full stack quantum processor system based on Yb-Ba ions emphasizing on the performance rather than on the qubit numbers. Job responsibilities:

• Reports to Head of Engineering Management basis organization and to Project Engineering Manager when assigned to a project role.

• Completing all assigned tasks as delegated by the Engineering Manager

• Coordination of internal engineering activities and the interdisciplinary interfaces in close coordination with the discipline team leaders

• Ensure technical requirements defined in the contract are incorporated in the engineering deliverables.

• Managing and facilitating communication across the engineering functions to ensure that the project objectives and needs are met.

Work experience requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience having worked in an multi-disciplinary engineering setup for upstream oil & gas projects (Fixed and Floating installations) having served in the capacity of a Senior Project Engineer

• Must have an experience with Change/ Interface/ Risk Management

• Must have had prior work experience with medium/ large sized brownfield and green field projects in the Oil and Gas sector with similar roles and accountabilities and possess an excellent understanding of project phases, milestones and deliverables.

IT EUC Engineer (L2/L3 – EUC & Network Support)

Position Overview

This role is responsible for end-to-end EUC engineering and operational support within a managed services environment, with additional responsibility for network troubleshooting and infrastructure support. The engineer is expected to operate at L2/L3 level, handling escalations, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring SLA-driven service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. End User Computing (EUC) & Technical Support

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support, including handling critical and emergency incidents.

• Manage end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices) across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Perform software imaging, deployment, and distribution using tools such as Intune or equivalent.

• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy administration.

• Conduct user onboarding and basic system training when required.

2. Infrastructure & Networking Support

• Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall connectivity issues.
