Role Purpose

Accountable for end-to-end mission delivery, service quality, and operational integrity across MTFA’s charitable subsidiaries and mission-anchored social enterprises, ensuring that growth, innovation, and sustainability never compromise care standards, trust, or compliance.

Enterprise Scope

This role has group-wide accountability for charitable subsidiaries, mission-anchored social enterprises (operationally), service quality, safeguarding, compliance-in-practice, and operational readiness for scale (new centres, new services).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership over all charitable services, ensuring consistent service quality, safeguarding, and beneficiary outcomes across entities.

• Establish and enforce group-wide operating principles that protect mission integrity and service excellence at scale.

• Ensure regulatory, licensing, and compliance requirements are fully embedded in day-to-day operations, not merely documented.

• Serve as the primary escalation authority for service failures, safeguarding incidents, and operational or reputational risks.

• Hold operational accountability for mission-anchored social enterprises, ensuring commercial sustainability does not compromise care standards, ethics, or brand trust.

• Lead operational readiness for growth, including new centres, new service lines, and increased beneficiary volumes, with appropriate staffing, workflows, and controls.

• Develop and steward a strong pipeline of mission-driven operational leaders.

• Partner with enterprise leaders across Revenue, Community, and Corporate Services, acting as the final arbiter of operational feasibility in strategic decisions.

Who You Are

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS sales, with significant APAC exposure

• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and managing long sales cycles

• Strong understanding of selling into large BFSI enterprises and the technical requirements for BFSI deals

• Zero-to-one and systems building experience for startups as a versatile sales leader

MAIN PURPOSE

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONS TEAM

1. Oversee the entire operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Food and Beverage, IT and Security, paying particular attention to the service standards in accordance with COMO Hotels and Resorts

ADMIN & GENERAL

1. Ensures highest level of guest satisfaction by providing, within hotel and group standards, extraordinary quality guest services and amenities

3. Assists in overseeing and directing the personnel function of departments under your responsibility including recruitment, hiring, orientation, coaching, counseling, training, wage and salary administration, labor relations, performance appraisal and succession planning

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Prepare all operational departments’ annual budget and monitor the departmental budgets while establishing systems that can be implemented to ensure that budget targets are reached or exceeded whilst not diminishing service quality.

2.   Prepare the yearly CAPEX and monitor that it is utilised accordingly

1. Monitor budgets and profit & loss reports on a monthly basis to ensure that any variances are analysed and explained during the appropriate meetings.
2. Implement the approved budget, ensure budgets set are achievable, control of expenditure is kept within budget, monitor costs & take corrective measures when necessary.
3. Monitor all budgets and assist the GM establishing systems that can be implemented to ensure that budget targets are reached or exceeded whilst not diminishing service quality
4. Assist with the gathering of accurate information and statistics that can assist with the creation of the annual Sales & Marketing Plan
5. Be aware of market developments and competitor activities to ensure that the property is in line/ahead of the competition both in products and services in general
6. Implement and suggest systems that maximize the revenue produced by the property facilities in order that the budget is achieved or exceeded
7. Responsible for safeguarding all company assets by ensuring that effective controls are implemented and reviewed.

This is the International Business Director(IBD) role for the AMEA region, based in Dubai. The IBD will look after marketsin the Middle East, Africa and parts of Eastern Europe. The IBD plays acritical role in the global system as the overall relationship owner across theassigned portfolio. This position is accountable for delivering Domino’s annualbudget targets for net store openings and same store sales growth for theirdesignated portfolio. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring theirMaster Franchisees are compliant with their Master Franchise Agreement (MFA)and are sufficiently capitalized to run successful operations and deliversustainable, profitable, growth. This is a new Relationship Manager (RM) opportunity, as part of the expansion in the Singapore team and we are looking for Senior Relationship Manager (RM) professionals.

Client Relationship Management

- An established network of HNWI/ UHNW clientele with ability to enhance client asset size over time.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, provide them with solutions.

Business Development

- Build, establish and grow Client Relationships

Programme Sales Executive (Rock Climbing) 

Location: Sports Hub (Kallang Wave Mall), Funan (Funan Mall), Novena (Novena Square), SAFRA Choa Chu Kang — outlet rotation based on manpower needs
Salary: $2,600 – $2,800
Working Days & Time: 5-day work week (may include weekends & PH, based on schedule)

• Monday – Friday: 10.45am – 5.00pm or 5.00pm – 11.15pm (may include 3 hour admin before/after shift)

Job Description

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for rock climbing programmes and events, including corporate bonding, team-building events, classes, and courses.

• Handle lead enquiries from over-the-counter, website, and other sources.

• Coordinate and manage programmes and events from planning to execution for all secured accounts.

• Work with Course Leads and Operations team to ensure operational viability and programme effectiveness.

• Conduct training for programme instructors and/or crew involved in programme execution.

• Prepare quotations, finalise contracts, and manage invoicing and payment follow-ups.

• Implement feedback to improve programme offerings.

• Develop and implement promotional strategies across online, offline, and referral channels.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, programme execution, and client accounts.

• Submit monthly sales reports and maintain a structured sales tracking system.

• Ensure counter resources and systems are properly set up for programmes brought in.

• Monitor effective use of RGP functions and maintain proper record keeping.

• Assist with equipment setup and teardown.

• Perform floor duties as Crew / Duty Officer when required (1–2 shifts per week, including weekends and PH).

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and programme management (sports or fitness industry preferred).

Experience handling lead enquiries and managing client accounts.

Knowledge of rock climbing techniques, safety procedures, and equipment (preferred).
