About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to head our Shared Services Office, leading a team of Finance Managers in delivering consistent, high-quality financial management services to National Sports Associations (NSAs). What You Will Do

You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to the Finance Manager team, serve as the primary escalation point for complex financial and governance matters and engage with NSA leadership and senior management across SNOC and HPSI. You will also oversee appointed shared service providers in finance, accounting, and audit, and support workforce planning and performance management as part of your HR coordination responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 10 to 15 years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years at senior or leadership level in a shared services or multi-stakeholder environment
• Professional qualification in CA, CPA, or ACCA is required
• Experience in the public sector, statutory bodies, or not-for-profit organisations is a strong advantage
• A collaborative, decisive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop and inspire a team
