Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified salesperson who has in-depth knowledge and experience in the sales process, relationship building, and closing deals. We are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Account and KOL management (60%)

• Housekeeping of accounts and contacts into CRM.
• Work closely with key healthcare institutes, private and public cancer centers to drive market reach and test adoption.
• Management of activities (10 per week), leads, opportunities, pipeline and forecast (monthly) via CRM.
• Closing sales process from quote, evaluation, tender, purchase, delivery and invoicing.
• To activate product marketing, product and medical affairs to better engage key physicians to utilize MiRXES’ Clinical Genomics test solutions.
• Direct physicians to Medical Affairs for post testing report analysis and interpretation.
• Call for account centric functional group meetings to bring resources to the customers.
• Monthly sales forecast/budget.

Market trend and development (20%)

• Work closely with Marketing, Product and Medical Affairs to improve product positioning to real-time market needs.
• Gather and share ground market information: Product market share, new technologies, competitor pricing, and activities.
• Share and alert product marketing team to explore OEM and distribution opportunities that may grow MiRXES’ Clinical Genomics business.
• Support the establishment of new business partners and development of the business plan in Singapore.

Sales effectiveness (10%)

• Identify areas and work together with stakeholders to sharpen sales processes.

Other collaborative roles (10%)

• Support marketing campaigns with alignment across functional groups and business partners.
• Assist Marketing, Product and Medical Affairs teams in anchoring key physicians as advocators for marketing activities and early access programs.
• Expand the user base of MiRXES’ Clinical Genomics products.
• Supports sales and marketing aligned initiatives such as early access programs, CMEs and campaigns.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or business.
• More than 2 years of experience in customer facing sales and business development in either Oncology, Fertility, Molecular Diagnostic or Specialty Care.
• Knowledge of the Companion Diagnostic Testing Market is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with varied personalities, including different levels within and outside of the organization.
• Effective at driving cross-team collaboration and building consensus

1) Financial Management

• Monthly meetings to cover the following for CFO&EV (covers both Finance and Risk & Compliance):

1. Pipeline management – review pipeline opportunities in Salesforce, helping us to follow-up with the Account PMO team to ensure updates are effected in the system

2. Sales & Revenue tracking – review overall Sales & Revenue progress against budget

(2) Secretarial Support (Scheduling & OPE management)

• Manage MD calendars, and ensure both client account calendars are in sync.

• Arrange our F2F meetings as efficiently as possible

• Manage our timesheets & expenses

• Manage our visitor clearances like building & wifi access etc

(3) Events Management

• Regular team meetings - organize the logistics for our monthly team meetings (i.e. confirming location, arranging lunch/refreshments), working closely with the Managers who are helping us curate the content:

1. CFO&EV – monthly Finance + Risk & Compliance team meetings

2. DRC – monthly risk & compliance team meetings

• Ad-hoc events – these will include client-facing events like Roundtables, Workshops, partnership events with vendors etc

• Apply Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, including meridian theory and body constitution analysis, to personalise treatment plans for each client
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess wellness needs and recommend tailored wellness programmes

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in TCM wellness therapy
