Customer Experience

Programme & Enrolment

• Explain programmes, class levels and progression pathways confidently.

• Guide parents through enrolment, make-up requests and class changes.

• Coordinate with coaches to ensure smooth onboarding and placement.

• Lead family tours and share Mokara’s teaching philosophy with enthusiasm.

• Support sales conversations naturally through product knowledge and connection.

• Follow up with interested or waitlisted families.

Operations

• Manage check-in/check-out efficiently and ensure child safety.

• Keep reception areas tidy, welcoming and child-friendly.

• Update attendance, parent preferences and administrative records accurately.

• Support registration for camps, workshops and competitions.

• Uphold confidentiality, safety and data protection standards.

• Collaborate closely with coaches, Floor Coordinators and the Customer Experience Manager.

• Participate in service and product trainings.

About You

As the Inventory Planning & Fulfilment Executive, you will be responsible for optimising our inventory management and distribution processes to ensure efficient fulfilment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Analyse sales data and inventory levels to forecast demand and plan optimal inventory levels

·      Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory

·      Develop and monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in inventory management and fulfilment

·      Implement inventory control procedures and systems to minimise stock-outs and overstocking

·      Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to maintain consistent product availability

·      Prepare detailed reports on inventory, fulfilment metrics and process improvements

·      Provide support and training to warehouse and distribution teams on inventory management best practices

Job Requirements:

·      Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

·      3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, forecasting, or fulfilment operations

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and modelling

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations.
• Handle sourcing requests and initiate procurement activities for products, services, and materials.
• Issue RFQs, liaise with vendors, and perform site visits when necessary to gather information.
• Consolidate vendor quotations and create clear, accurate comparison tables for decision-making.
