• Summons handling work including:

a. Preparation of prosecution documents (100 entities per month),
b. Uploading the folders containing the prosecution documents to share with PD,
c. CMS case creation and update of Summons Tracking List (STL) on the new cases added with relevant information (i.e. Case number, mentioned date and etc),
d. Coordinating with PD on the mention update emails with the OICs after the latest developments of the case is updated,
e. Preparation of adjournment/ exparte letters twice a week,
f. Uploading the relevant documents into iknow for record keeping,
g. Updating of STL on the latest court mention outcome, and
h. Performing data entry for the undelivered letters.

Requirements:
• A keen desire to learn new things, are self-driven and are team players
• Relevant service delivery experience such as in customer service, telemarketing, or call centres (preferred)
• Excel skills are required

Key Responsibilities
