Role Mission:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and drive new business opportunities. The role involves generating sales leads through customer outreach and cold calls, handling sales inquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders, and coordinating sales logistics with site teams and clients. You will manage order execution, inventory, documentation, and billing, while supporting 24/7 operational requirements in a fast moving environment with tight lead times and high service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute customer orders and coordinate deliveries via terminal, barge, truck, and warehouse operations

• Manage daily operational activities for base oil, diesel, LSMGO, lube oil, and white label products

• Coordinate closely with terminal operators, loading masters, barge operators, transporters, and warehouse teams
