Job Description:

• Providing accurate financial advisory to customers as an individual contributor or should you do well as an individual contributor, you may be selected to advance your milestone as a team manager whose responsibility is to manage and lead a team of Bancassurance Advisors.

• Provide accurate financial advisory services to existing bank customers through referrals from privilege banking offshore channels

• Drive insurance sales in the respective segments in which you will be supporting

• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of insurance sales experience 

• Candidates with proven track records in sales performance and client engagement are prioritized   

• CMFAS certifications (Modules 5, 9, 9A, HI) are preferred

Key Duties

• Analyse and manage data to support sales performance and business growth
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and relevant tools
• Identify trends and provide insights to guide sales strategies
• Support marketing initiatives including lead generation and campaign execution
• Work with internal systems such as Microsoft tools, SAP, and in-house software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
• Propose data-driven recommendations to enhance business outcomes
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all data through thorough validation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, Engineering preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is an advantage)
• Strong analytical thinking with a curiosity to understand underlying causes of results
• Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and solutions

You will work closely with customers to understand their hair needs and recommend suitable products while maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation. You will also be in charge of technical wig styling and daily store operations to help achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, recommend and sell hair wigs and hair care products to maximize client satisfaction
• Respond promptly to customer questions and resolve complaints to maintain positive customer relationships
• Maintain the store’s visual appearance by checking and styling wigs on display to attract customers
• Cut and style newly arrived wigs to prepare them for sale and display
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on cutting, repairing, and styling wigs to ensure product quality
• Perform daily in-store operations including cleaning, stock-taking, managing appointments, and reducing stock loss to maintain smooth store functioning
• Manage stock by keying in new inventory and transferring stock as needed to ensure accurate inventory control
• Create styled wig presentations for social media platforms to promote products and increase brand visibility
• Support the introduction of new services such as scalp care and hair care treatments to expand store offerings
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete other assigned duties that support store goals

What does the job involve?

You will be part of a highly operational cargo and shipping desk in Equinor, responsible to support cargo and shipping operators in Equinor’s global trading activities. The role involves close, day‑to‑day coordination with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and requires accuracy in systems entries and strong follow-up in a fast‑paced environment.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to: 

• Ensure accurate and timely system entries to record execution of voyages and delivery of cargoes
• Follow-up of vessel daily system forms submissions, liaison with vessel to correct reports entries where required
• Prepare and handle operational documentation related to port calls, cargo operations and voyages
• Process Agency, Port Disbursement, Bunker payments
• Review and approve Inspection Invoices for services performed
• Actively support digitalisation efforts and efficient use of operational and analytical tools
• Maintain high focus on data quality, reporting accuracy and timely information flow
• Contribute to a good working environment
• Have strong engagement with stakeholders, both internally and externally, including Cargo/Shipping Operators, Traders, Charterers, Deal handling team, Ship owners, Vessels Masters and Agents
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing tasks, tight deadlines and at times irregular working hours
