About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about the intersection of AI, automotive, and digital marketing.

You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to build client relationships, identify market opportunities, and support commercial projects across Malaysia and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.

• Support client outreach via email, social platforms, and industry events.

• Assist in preparing proposals, sales materials, and presentations.

• Maintain accurate client and lead records in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with the marketing and product teams on content, campaigns, and follow-ups.

• Gather feedback and insights from clients to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Strong interest in the automotive, AI, or digital marketing industry.

Create an Exceptional Visitor Experience

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a professional and welcoming experience

• Own the end‑to‑end meeting room experience, from bookings and setup to refreshments and readiness

Ensure Smooth Office Operations

Support Our People & Culture

• Coordinate a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires across brands

• Prepare timely HR operational reports, including overtime and attendance tracking

• Manage sourcing and ordering of uniforms and accessories for boutique staff

• Arrange employee care gestures for celebrations and bereavements with discretion and thoughtfulness

• Track administrative budgets and identify opportunities for cost efficiency

• Support the planning and delivery of office events and company celebrations

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties

• Scan, organize, and maintain laboratory documents and records

• Update and manage data logs, spreadsheets, and databases

• Sort and maintain instruction manuals and technical documents

• Perform filing and retrieval of records in line with company procedures

5S & Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab and office areas

• Follow and uphold 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

• Dispose of laboratory waste according to safety and environmental guidelines

Laboratory Support

• Perform simple physical laboratory tests

• Accurately record and report test results

• Handle samples and materials properly and safely

• Assist lab technicians with routine tasks when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical related field

• Training provided for those without/with lesser experience

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Located on Jurong Island, the petrochemical hub of Singapore, SRC operates a refinery that is capable of processing 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks that are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets under the brand labels of its shareholders.

Annual Gross Salary: $40,000 to $50,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate documentation for shipping and tank truck operations
• Generate oil inventory entries to document oil movements and checking oil inventory data
• Reconcile hydrocarbon inventory movements
• Assist in other oil inventory and related support duties as assigned

• Minimum GCE "O" level or NITEC
• Numerically inclined and proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP will be advantageous
• Experience handling shipping documents in oil storage terminal operations will be an added advantage. Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply.
