We are seeking a Sales & Events Manager to drive growth, partnerships, program enrollments and deliver exceptional event experiences for Innerwork Circle’s offerings, including our premium 5-figure Intensive/Retreats designed for founders, leaders, and high-performing individuals.
Mission of the Role
Convert qualified leads into paying participants while delivering high-quality events that create meaningful experiences and long-term engagement.
This role combines sales, event execution, and customer journey management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Sales
Engage and convert leads from marketing channels into:
Event participants
Workshop attendees
Program clients
Conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and closing conversations.
2. Event Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive ticket sales and registrations for:
Meet or exceed revenue and attendance targets.
3. Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute event logistics including:
Ensure smooth, high-quality event delivery.
4. Customer Experience & Retention
Manage the full participant journey:
Pre-event communication
On-site experience
Post-event follow-up
Drive repeat participation and program enrollment.
5. Partnerships & Community Growth
Develop relationships with:
Communities and networks
Strategic partners
Event collaborators
Drive group sales, referrals, and co-hosted opportunities.
6. CRM & Pipeline Management
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion stages.
Maintain organized sales pipelines and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or events
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations
Organized and detail-oriented for event execution
Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Preferred
Experience in events, coaching, or premium programs
Experience selling high-ticket or experiential offerings
Understanding of personal development or transformation space
