Spa Esprit Group is looking for a Senior IT Executive to support, enhance, and evolve the systems that power our multi-brand lifestyle and F&B business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business & System Analysis
- Work with stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Care) to understand requirements
- Translate business needs into system configurations, workflows, or integration requirements
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements
2. System Execution & Implementation
- Configure and implement system changes (POS, CRM, integrations, backend settings)
- Support rollouts, enhancements, and system upgrades
- Coordinate and perform UAT with business users
3. Integration & Data Flow Understanding
- Understand how data flows across systems (e.g. POS to CRM to reporting systems)
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and integration issues
- Work with vendors or internal teams to resolve data-related problems
4. Vendor & Project Coordination
- Liaise with vendors on system issues, enhancements, and implementations
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure vendors deliver according to the agreed scope and SLA
5. Incident & Issue Management (Level 2)
- Handle escalated system issues beyond basic support
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
- Ensure proper follow-through until closure
6. Change Governance & Documentation
- Ensure all system changes follow approval and documentation requirements
- Maintain clear records of configurations, workflows, and changes
- Support audit, PDPA, and internal governance requirements
7. Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in current systems and processes
- Propose automation or system enhancements where applicable
Requirements:
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in system analyst / application support / business systems roles
- Experience working with POS, CRM, ERP, or integration platforms
- Proven experience handling vendors and supporting system implementation or rollout
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling multiple systems and ambiguity
Technical Capability
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. SQL, API concepts, simple scripting)
- Able to understand data structures, API responses, and basic system logs
- Comfortable working with system configurations and backend settings
Business Understanding
- Able to understand operational workflows (sales, payments, customer journeys, reporting)
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders
Vendor & Project Skills
- Able to manage vendors and drive deliverables
- Capable of tracking timelines, milestones, and follow-through

Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Candidates without formal qualifications may be considered based on relevant experience
