· Project planning, execute resource management and control

· Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction

Electrical Works

· Arrange and monitor work progress

· Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, vendor, and construction contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assess contractual risks.
• Advise project teams on contract issues, claims, delays, and variations.
• Handle disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on business impact.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and training programs.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Law from a recognised university. 
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant corporate/commercial law experience, preferably in-house.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution, particularly construction-related.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and associated agreements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

WORKING DURATION:

• Inspect and ensure the quality of welds
• Maintain welding tools and equipment
• Follow workplace safety standards and procedures
• Always follow specifications and instructions for maximum efficiency
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
• Plan layouts and procedures
• Maintains shop, equipment, tools, vehicles, for the purpose of ensuring the availability and functioning of required items
• Set up components for welding
• Perform welding tasks based on technical drawings and specifications
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Report damages on machines and equipment
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

• Reading blueprints or looking at sketches to determine howto install rebar or mesh

• Figuring out the quantity, size, and shapes of reinforcingrods and determining where to place them

• Preparing rebar and mesh for installation using metalshears, hacksaws, and torches

• Bending or welding rebar together

• Installing cables

• Using pliers to tie wire around rods to fasten themtogether

• Positioning and securing rods, cables, mesh, or rebar inconcrete forms
