Job Description

• To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g., incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers)
• Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
• Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.

Job Scope

• Arrange and coordinate shipments by sea, air or land
• Apply the necessary customs permits
• Liaise with contractors on timely collection and delivery of cargoes in Singapore
