Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Support the design and development of solutions, contributing to technical specifications, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
• Contribute to the creation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.
• Assist in facilitating workshops and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experiences
• Experienced in the following:
• Requirements Gathering: Stakeholder interviews, workshops, elicitation techniques, and managing conflicting requirements
• Documentation & Specifications: Writing SRS, SDS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Testing: UAT planning and execution, test case development, defect tracking, and sign-off
• Deployment Support: Release coordination, go-live checklists, post-deployment validation, and hypercare support
Must Have Skills
• Independent and detail-oriented with the BA tasks assigned - able to collaborate with various stakeholders to identify solutions to business problems, piecing together requirements to provide holistic solution
• Able to comprehend technical requirements, understanding requirements at code level as well as perform basic debugging. Basic understanding of Java, Javascript, SQL, AWS Cloud
• Effective/confident communication, ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for client communication
