Job Description & Requirements
1. Assess and evaluate the skill levels of clients
2. Develop and execute clients’ Individual care Plans (ICPs)
3. Execute and monitor the progress of clients according to
their ICPs
4. Manage classroom and implement behavioural intervention
plans
5. Execute community-referenced outing trips
6. Execute events and activities for clients
7. Maintain clients’ attendance and administrative records
8. Plan, develop and supervise clients’ daily activities and
lesson plans
9. Develop task analyses and responsible for data collection
of clients’ progress and managing of behaviours
10. Provide progress and incident reports
11. Ensure clients’ health and safety at all times
12. Ensure classroom orderliness in areas of physical
structure and setting up of workstations during class
13. Assist clients in areas of self-care, grooming and
toileting
14. Collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines and
external parties in implementation and development of programmes
15. Collaborate with parents, family members and caregivers
to support clients’ overall growth and development programmes
16. Participate in home visits to discuss clients’
interventions and other related matters Any other tasks as assigned. Assess and

17. Diploma in occupational therapy, special education,
disability studies, early childhood education, psychology, general education.

* Candidate with lower qualification may be considerd for
the post of Training Officer aide and will be trained to be Training Officer after few years of
training and experiences
