• Lead and supervise the lift maintenance team

• Review and recommend preventive and corrective maintenance plans

• Manage lift contractors to ensure compliance with KPIs, safety standards, and timelines

• Ensure all lift servicing and maintenance follow statutory and regulatory requirements

• Plan and execute lift upgrading, modernization, and improvement projects

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout project lifecycle

• Prepare and manage maintenance and project budgets

• Analyze lift performance, breakdowns, and root causes; prepare reports

• Present findings to management and stakeholders when required

• Investigate lift incidents and liaise with relevant authorities when necessary

• Handle public feedback and enquiries related to lift operations

• Manage lift and escalator contracts, including new developments and renewals

• Liaise with authorities (e.g. BCA, HDB, Authorised Examiners) on lift-related matters

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

• Min 3 years of relevant experience

• Experience working at/with Town Councils will be an advantage

• 5.5 days work week

• Salary: Up to $8000

• Working Location: North East

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing Property Officers and managing all property-related matters within the division

• Handle feedback, urgent estate issues, and emergency cases

• Supervise contractors and ensure maintenance and repair works are completed in accordance with contract requirements

• Certify completed works and recommend payments

• Support budgeting and track maintenance schedules, timelines, and IEMS cases

• Assist with term contract matters, including specifications, data updates, and process improvements

• Attend meetings and any other duties as assigned

• Min Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or related fields

• Min 5 years experience in Town Council

• Location: North-East Region

• Salary: Up to $5500

• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
