We are looking for a Project Lead to take ownership of projects from design through to site execution. This is not a pure design role — you will be responsible for ensuring designs are practical, drawings are delivered on time, and works are executed properly on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop functional, buildable layouts for landed homes
• Translate client requirements into practical design solutions
• Manage projects from design to completion
• Liaise with clients and coordinate design decisions
• Prepare and ensure timely delivery of drawings
• Work closely with site engineers and contractors
• Resolve on-site design and detailing issues
• Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on schedule

Requirements

• Background in Interior Design / Architecture / D&B
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Able to manage projects independently
• Good knowledge of architecture finishes, carpentry details, materials
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bonus

• Experience in landed residential projects (Singapore)
• Familiar with URA / BCA requirements

Salary

• Salary range: $4,800 to $6,000

Note

We are looking for someone who takes ownership and ensures projects are delivered properly — not just on paper. Not suitable if you prefer design-only roles or are not comfortable with site coordination.

● Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or instructions to build or repair various items, including furniture, cabinets, doors, and windows

● Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and wallboard using hand and power tools

● Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, using carpenter's hand and power tools

● Inspect and replace damaged frameworks or other structures and fixtures

● Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment

● Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradesmen to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

● Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure they are in good working order

● Perform other related duties as assigned

1. Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools

2. Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels

3. Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels, and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise

4.Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results

5.Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly

6.Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms

7.Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles
