Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team, due to business expansion. In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager and manage a variety of key finance tasks, focusing on inventory management, financial reporting, and intercompany reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.
• Analyze profitability, manage inventory control, and track stock movements.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Perform intercompany (IC) reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and manage accounts payable/receivable contra and balance sheet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and standards.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Provide support in preparing GST and tax filings and other regulatory reports.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Accountancy or related field.

· At least 5 years of relevant finance experience.

· Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively in a team.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Procurement Duties

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and quality services/products.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and quotations.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Liaise closely with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory monitoring and stock control where required.

Administrative Duties

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
• Handle filing, documentation, and record management.
• Coordinate office supplies, courier services, and general office maintenance.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Support scheduling of meetings and coordination with external stakeholders.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Maritime Studies, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in Procurement and Administration.
• Candidates with majority of their experience in Procurement are highly preferred.
• Prior experience in the Marine and Offshore industry will be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, organized, and a strong team player.

Preferred Profile

• Experience dealing with marine equipment, offshore vendors, or shipyard-related procurement.
• Knowledge of ERP or procurement systems is advantageous.
• Candidates who are resourceful and commercially aware will be highly regarded.

As a Sales Executive, you will begin your journey as a vital support to our sales team, focusing on coordination, client engagement, and operational efficiency. In this foundational role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with our sales processes, customer needs, and internal systems—setting the stage for a future transition into an outdoor, client-facing sales position.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a key role in maintaining seamless sales operations and building relationships with customers. Over time, you’ll be groomed to take on greater responsibilities in the field, developing into an Outdoor Sales Executive who will directly manage client portfolios and drive business growth through on-site engagement.

Phase 1 – Internal Sales & Coordination Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Support

• Assist the sales team in scheduling, preparing sales documents, and managing internal communications.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Customer Engagement

• Support client interactions through phone and email, helping to maintain strong relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Join senior team members in selected client meetings to observe and learn relationship management practices.

Order & Resource Management

• Process incoming sales inquiries and orders accurately using our internal systems.
• Manage the availability of sales materials, samples, and presentation tools needed by the sales team.

After-Sales Support

• Handle customer feedback and minor issues, working closely with relevant departments for swift resolution.
• Track post-sale interactions and follow up on service satisfaction.

Data & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales activities.
• Suggest ways to streamline internal sales processes based on your daily workflow.

Phase 2 – Transition to Outdoor Sales:

Upon demonstrating strong performance, understanding of our products/services, and relationship-building capabilities, you will be progressively introduced to:

• Managing a personal client portfolio and conducting in-person client visits.
• Presenting solutions and closing deals face-to-face in your assigned territory.
• Developing new leads through field activities, referrals, and site visits.
• Representing the company at client locations, industry events, and on-site product demos.

Visual Merchandising Executive (Beauty Brand Projects)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
• Working Location: Eunos
• Salary: $3,000 - $3,800

Responsibilities

• Working closely with brands on execution aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
• Key communicator with brand’s VM team on guidelines
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all store locations and displays.
• Manage visual merchandising budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of displays.
• Working closely with local partners to arrange permit and manpower, ensure strong execution and prepare completion report
• Daily communication and weekly WIP report with brands
• Assistant to VM Director in all projects

Requirement

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Visual Merchandising
• Relevant experience in visual merchandising, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of technical skills, retail display tools, and layout software.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends.
