The Centre Manager provides overall strategic, research and operational leadership for RIMA, the Centre for Research on Islamic and Malay Affairs of AMP Singapore. This is the head-of-centre role with overall accountability for RIMA’s strategy, delivery and performance.

1. Strategic Leadership & Direction

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage operations across different locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across outlets to ensure smooth workflow
• Implement and maintain SOPs, service standards, and operational processes
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory and stock control
• Monitor outlet performance and resolve operational issues
• Work closely with management to improve efficiency and support business growth

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in F&B operations or similar industry
• Experience in handling multi-outlet operations is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and team management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
