• Support to develop, implement and communicate global cash management policies and procedures, identifying strategic needs based on a global liquidity assessment, pursuing and evaluating best practices for funding and capital management.
• Identify methodology and process improvements to drive efficiency and improve accuracy of the group finance process.
• Drive treasury system improvements and enhancements to strengthen reporting, automation and operational efficiency.

5. Banking Relationship & Administration

• Evaluate bank services and fees; monitor bank performance and make recommendations for savings or added new services.
• Review bank account openings in Singapore and overseas countries, closings and authorized signers and manage the database of bank accounts
• Establish and support banking relationships
• Support on liaison with corporate secretary on resolutions in relation to finance activities.

Knowledge and Experience Required

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant Treasury experience, especially in a regional or global role
• CPA or CFA designation is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, critical thinking skills
• Prior experience in analysis of foreign currency exposure and hedge strategies is an added advantage
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Prior working experience in the banking industry is an added advantage
• Prior experience of working in multi-cultural environment is an added advantage

Our client is a well-established MNC and market leader in the data centre infrastructure sector. Due to their current expansion and build‑out plans for a multi-storey facility in the East, they are looking for a Project Manager – Data Centre to lead construction delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre build, from planning and permitting through commissioning and handover, ensuring timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.

• Manage and coordinate MEP scopes, structural works, and interfaces with tunnel-related works.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory, safety, and building regulations (BCA, LTA, NEA) and advise project stakeholders accordingly.

• Prepare and review project schedules, cost reports, risk registers, and technical submissions; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.

• Oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers; resolve technical and contractual issues; ensure site execution aligns with specifications and critical-system requirements.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (local authorities, client teams, design consultants) to coordinate approvals, inspections, and interfaces.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• PMP and other relevant project management certifications.

• Familiarity with tunnel works and applicable regulations.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or mission-critical building projects, preferably in data centre construction.

• Proven track record managing complex MEP coordination and site execution with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and high-value project budgets
