Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to lead site activities and project management for a new PUB (Singapore’s National Water Agency) drainage project. You will ensure drainage construction and upgrading works are delivered safely, on schedule, and comply with the Code of Practice on Surface Water Drainage and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site works for drains, culverts, and waterways to complete projects within budget and timelines
• Review hydraulic and structural designs for drainage systems and prepare technical documents including Method Statements, construction programs, and shop drawings
• Manage technical submissions and secure timely approvals from PUB, LTA, NParks, and other authorities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Responsible for the periodical summary of COW / RE inspection failures of block(s) / area(s) and subsequent submission to the PM on site for analysis;
• Responsible for reporting on accomplished schedules to the Project Manager.;

• Responsible for QEHS corrective and preventive actions as requested by the Project Manager, WSH Officer;

• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.

To be successful as a SiteSupervisor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codesand construction safety regulations. Responsibilities:
