Position: Business Development / Account Management Executive (Beauty & Wellness)
Salary: Up to $3,500
Contract: 1-year renewable (subject to performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded individual to support merchant acquisition and account management within the Beauty & Wellness category. This role combines business development, relationship management, and operational coordination to drive sales growth and enhance merchant performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant Acquisition

• Drive end-to-end merchant acquisition including prospecting, pitching, and negotiations
• Manage onboarding process through to contracting and renewals
• Develop and implement promotional strategies with merchants

2. Account Management

• Own sales performance and targets for assigned merchants
• Act as the main point of contact for merchant relationships
• Analyse performance and propose growth strategies (e.g. product expansion, campaigns, partnerships)
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with merchants

3. Business & Operations

• Conduct performance analysis and support monthly reporting
• Resolve operational issues related to listings, orders, logistics, and payments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive business outcomes

4. Profitability & Growth

• Monitor and manage merchant contribution margin (CM)
• Identify and implement new initiatives to drive revenue growth

Requirements

• Degree holder with 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Business Development, eCommerce, or marketplace platforms is preferred
• BD/Account Management internship experience may be considered
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Existing industry network in Beauty & Wellness is an advantage

Digital Marketing Executive (Financial Education – Creative Funnel Marketer)

5 days, 10am-6pm (Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days WFH)

Salary: $3800-$4200

Location: Eunos

Job responsibilities:

• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and execute performance-driven campaigns on Meta and Google
• Build and optimise conversions funnels, running A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages and sales pages to maximise return on ad spend
• Translate offers and big ideas into compelling hooks and messaging that attract, engage and convert
• Write authentic and persuasive direct-response copy across ads, video scripts, landing pages, sales pages, emails, and more
• Conceptualise thumb-stopping video ads and work closely with video editors to bring them to life — from scripting and storyboarding to post-edit briefs
• Produce clear creative briefs for designers to create visually exciting ads, landing pages and other visual assets
• Work with content specialists to develop lead-generation assets such as e-books, reports and short courses
• Leverage Gen AI tools to accelerate the conceptualisation and production of marketing assets
• Stay ahead of new ad channels, formats, tools and creative trends

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum one year of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or performance marketing
• (Preferred) Interest in financial markets, investing, or trading
• Strong copywriting skills (ads, landing pages, emails)
• Experienced in funnel building and marketing angles
