We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.

A great administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.

The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.

Administration Manager Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

Job Descriptions:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Prepare the blueprints, schematics / single line diagrams, and technical diagrams for the electrical systems and components.
• Perform testing and conducted shut-down and turn-on procedures.
• Perform routine checks for site equipment and hand tools and endorsed Monthly installation checklist.
• Perform the preventive and corrective maintenance (Electrical).
• Coordinate and monitor daily maintenance check.
• Ensure electrical works are in order and comply with regulations.
• Assist and support project site operation, and ensure timely completion of electrical work activities.
• In charge of all generators including application of EMA permit.
• Monthly inspections of generators and all electrical tools on site.

• Set-up and install electrical components and temporary project utilities services as required by project needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working & hands-on experience in Construction Industry.
• Minimum to possess Electrician Licence or in the midst of getting Electrician Licence (LEW Grade 7).
• Possess at least a NITEC in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
• Candidate with LTA- MRT experience advantage.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Registered Licensed Electrical Worker with Singapore Energy Market Authority (EMA).
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude/
• 6 working Days per week.

Job Description:

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Supersede and updated the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing

Job Requirement:

• Holds a degree
• Minimum 8 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on BIM Drafter
• Knowledge in AutoCad software is a must
• Experienced with Microstation
• Knowledge in BIM and Bentley Aecosim would be an advantage

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Public Relations Officer to support our new project with PUB. You will serve as the primary bridge between our project team, residents, and various government agencies. Your goal is to foster positive community relations and ensure that stakeholders are well-informed about project developments and potential impacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for residents, property owners, and authorities (e.g., Town Councils, LTA, HDB, and Grassroots Organizations).
• Communication Management: Design, prepare, and distribute circulars, notices, and publicity materials to keep the public updated on work schedules and impacts like noise or traffic.
• Feedback & Conflict Resolution: Manage the project hotline and email, resolving enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly to minimize project disruption.
• Field Engagement: Conduct regular site walks and door-to-door visits to affected residents to gather feedback and provide project updates.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on public relations activities, feedback logs, and outreach effectiveness for submission to PUB and project management.
• Coordination: Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to mitigate construction-related nuisances and schedule works during sensitive periods.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in public relations, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector. Prior experience with PUB or LTA projects is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in a second official language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) is an advantage for engaging diverse local residents.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong conflict-management skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
• Technical Proficiency: Savvy with Microsoft Office and social media/digital communication platforms.
• Availability: Must be willing to be contactable for urgent PR matters outside of standard hours if required by the project schedule.
