• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under BCA
• Supervise timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions
• Check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with approved plans for discrepancies and report to OIC
• check on quality of works, materials and samples delivered to site, take measures to rectify any non-compliance and report to OIC on any materials not conforming to specifications
• prepare defect lists, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified
• Supervise works to comply with statutory requirements and specifications
• Ensure that structural elements or critical works are being carried out in accordance with approved plans
• Attend site, progress, variation, QAQC and coordination meetings and to keep proper minutes of these meetings
• Help resolve main contractors' queries and coordinate the works with other contractors
• Inspect and assist with handing/taking over of completed works by other contracts
• Ensure that proper and updated records of all works are kept
• Carry out coordination of all building and M&E Services
• Working with the safety team, ensure that safety on site maintains at a maximum level
• Any other adhoc duties

Criteria

• RTO-M&E shall possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnic or equivalent;
• Min 5 years of relevant experience as RTO (M&E), of which at least 2 years shall be involved in the supervision of airfield systems, utilities, fuel hydrant, building services, and security systems;
• Shift work, including night shift.
• Have a valid 2026 RTO Certification accredited by IES

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractor on Civil, Architectural & M&E works.
• To assist and prepare method statement, drawings, work progress and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
• Attend regular site meeting with consultants.
• Supervise all M&E related works on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Mechanical / Electrical.
• Fresh graduate may apply.
• Experience in engineering softwares and AutoCAD.

Work Location: Home to Site (Various Location depends on Project)
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
Salary: Up to SGD 4,800(Basic) + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibilities

• Supervise, inspect, coordinate, and monitor all M&E works and installation schedule activities on-site.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure proper execution of works.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Report regularly to the Project Manager on site progress, challenges, and risk mitigation measures.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction processes, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Auto Revit MEP will be an added advantage
