Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields
• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong creative sense; familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools is a plus
• Knowledge of FMCG, retail, F&B, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Good copywriting skills in English (Chinese is a bonus)

This positionassists the manager in respect of the full spectrum of accounting whichincludes group reporting and local regulatory reporting

Job Description:

• Assist the team in the monthly closing of preparing journal entries
• Timely reconciliation of ILP bank recon
• Assist the team to prepare quarterly group reporting templates and regulatory reporting deliverables
• Perform quarterly balance sheet reconciliation. Follow up to ensure all transactions are accounted for. Investigate long aged and exposed items for resolution
• Assist the team in preparation of the Semi and Annual Fund report financial statement
• Support daily ILP finance operations in uploading unit pricing
• Assist the team manager on other ad hoc projects and matters as and when required

Requirements:

• Education: Min. Bachelor Degree (or degree equivalent) with emphasis on accountancy or finance
• Experience: Fresh graduates to 2 years of working experience in any fund reporting. More experienced candidates can be considered for more senior positions.   
• Ability to think independently, project management, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good communication, influencing and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
• Excellent team player and good work attitude.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in steel or specialty metals sales is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work independently.

• Familiarity with market trends in steel products is an advantage.

Job Description & Requirements

• Handle full set of accounts including GL and Reporting and monthly/yearly closing.
• Preparation of quarterly GST submission.
• For book keeping accounts. Record and classify all accounting transactions . Make sure correct accounts, posts, verifies and balances debit and credit entries. Manage accurate and timely closing of books for the monthly and yearly.
• Check accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparation and reconcile transactions for compilation financial reports.
• To identify improvement areas and develop good accounting control procedures and best practice to enhance accounting quality and efficiency Keep accurate records and attend internal meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by accounts manager.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accountancy / ACCA Level 2 or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in full sets of accounts
• Must have experience in Quickbook or related accounting software.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
