• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, ISO 9001, and internal QMS procedures

• Accurately complete production travellers (MRs), checklists, and traceability records

• Identify, report, and support resolution of non-conformances (NCRs)

• Adhere to all EHS, cleanroom safety, and equipment handling procedures

• Properly use PPE and follow safe lifting and handling practices

• Report safety hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately

• Work collaboratively with manufacturing engineers, quality, and planning teams

• Support Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as required

• Any ad hoc jobs assigned by the leader

Requirements:

• ITE/ Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering, Fitting, Tool & Die, or equivalent

• 2–6 years of hands-on in some cleanroom mechatronics assemblies, precision alignment, and test experience

• Prior experience in semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, or high-precision contract manufacturing preferred

• Exposure to cleanroom manufacturing environments is highly desirable
