· Preparation of Letter of Employment, staff on-boarding orientation,and HR-related document
· Administer all foreign worker’s work pass related matters such asapplication/renewal/cancellation/appeals and medical check-up arrangementincluding liaising with MOM and relevant governmental bodies
· Maintain personnel records, attendance records, leave records, andgeneral administrative duties including documentation and filing
· Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual)
· Work with the Managers to facilitate and bridge resolutions regardingemployee matters, performance management, counseling, grievances anddisciplinary
· Assist in training related matters: course sourcing, courseregistration, course rescheduling
· Handle staff claims and company insurances
· Responsible for assisting the managers with the hiring plans, the selectionincluding interviews of various staff positions as required by the company.
· Support in organising staff welfare activities
