Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Esker is preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin Executive to support our sales operations. This role involves coordinating sales processes, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Working Location: Alexandra Road, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders using D365 Business Central (order entry, payment verification, delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, ensuring proper filing, documentation control, and data backups.
• Coordinate internal follow-ups and track documents/status to support the Sales team.
• Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely and smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare and send shipment and order documentation, including basic import/export paperwork where applicable.
• Support monthly sales closing, including report submissions and reconciliation of required documents.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales administration or coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Exposure to import/export documentation is an advantage (not required).
