• Minimum Diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle correspondence, calls, courier, stationery, and general office upkeep.
• Submit DSTA security pass clearance for site/project access, as required.
• Collect and verify attendance/timesheets; support onboarding, site passes, and induction records in line with PDPA.
• Raise purchase requests/POs, track deliveries, maintain registers for materials, equipment, and site facilities.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, compile weekly/monthly site reports and trackers.
• Manage site access, visitor logs, and communication with subcontractors and suppliers on schedules and documents.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, variation documentation, photos, and evidence for audits.
• Maintain files to meet ISO/company standards; prepare for internal and external audits.
• Propose process improvements to streamline site administration.

About the Role

Leading A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, is appoint a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-profile development project. The project comprises a landmark building with basement works, landscaping, and integration with transport and park infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily site operations for a large-scale, building project involving structural works, architectural finishes, and integrated landscaping.
• Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and workers to ensure works are executed according to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and client representatives to resolve site issues and design queries promptly.
• Oversee basement excavation, structural construction, M&E coordination, and finishing works.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies across all site activities.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Prepare and present site reports, progress updates, and incident documentation.
• Support Project Manager in variation orders, claims, and contractual matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience in building projects (public, institutional, or mixed-use developments).
• Experience working with an A1 Main Contractor or equivalent tier is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

• Accountable for the achievement of top line and bottom line targets 

• Responsible for the training and development of the team (Cash handling, Inventory Management, Carmera setting, EPX/IMIX, Salesmanship) 

• Maintains site’s staff performance and quality by training, assessing and performing evaluations 

• In-charge of the site’s merchandises and stocks 

• Knowledge in basic trouble shooting of the equipment in the site 

• Make recommendations on pricing by reviewing sales activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; studying trends 

• Maintains the stability and reputation of the site by complying with legal and partner requirements 

• Responsible for keeping accurate records to assist with payroll and OT on a daily basis for the team on site 

• Perform any other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time 

Skills and Qualification 

• Minimum 4 years of retail/ sales experience with 2 years in a management role 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• An extrovert who shows no qualm in striking up conversation with strangers 

• The ability to impart knowledge and train others within the organization 

• Flexible and adaptable 

• A self-motivated fast learner with great interpersonal skills
