Customer Service Officer
Job Description
We are a dynamic company with 20 years in the beauty industry. We currently haveĀ 9Ā outlets across SingaporeĀ with 3 brandsĀ thus you will be introduced and expected to contribute to value add to the interesting marketing concepts suited for both the Beauty and Wellness industry.
Responsibilities
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā The candidate is expected to make outbound calls to customers and to respond to inbound enquiries from leads, giving a basic introduction of Companyās latest promotions with the aim of maximising the take-up of these promotions.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers).
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Scheduling service appointments for customers and follow up Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Collaborate with team members to improve policies and customer service processes
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Address customersā complaints in a timely and professional manner. Conduct first level investigation into customersācomplaints, identify expectation gap and work with service team members on service recovery aiming towards customer satisfaction.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Build customer loyalty and retention by delivering the unique customer service experience
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Update activity reports (Documentation of calls for tracking, monitoring and follow-up)
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and feedback
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assist in ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Singaporean, Permanent Resident or candidates with full working rights for Singapore.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Must be able to converse fluently over the phone, and read and write in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers).
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā At least 1 year customer service or telemarketing experience
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Skilled in negotiation, listen attentively,identify callersā needs, and remain composed even when dealing with agitated customers
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Minimum GCE āNā Level
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Able to commit retail hours (Tuesday to Saturday, 11am ā 8pm)
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Requires a sense of urgency
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Good team player, positive attitude and willing to learn
