The incumbent will report directly to the Head of Risk Management Department and will be providing support to the Department Head in preparing risk management reports used for monitoring the risk position, performance evaluation and checking of compliance with established limits and guidelines and checking the reports to identify any notable excesses in Market and Liquidity Risk area. He/she will be assisting the Department Head in the preparation and submission of reports to the Head Office in Japanese language and liaise with Head Office in Japanese language.

Applicants should possess a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accountancy with about 4 years’ experience in market and liquidity risk management in banking industry. The incumbent need to be familiar and have a good understanding of the business culture of Japanese organizations and Japanese business process. Proficiency in Japanese language is required in view of frequent liaison and reporting to Head Office in Japanese. He/she must also possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor to join our wellness and TCM body therapy business.

The candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, front desk sales, appointment follow-up, package sales, customer relationship management and daily outlet sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer enquiries, walk-in customers and appointment bookings

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wellness therapy packages

* Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and in-store communication

* Achieve monthly personal and outlet sales targets
