Essential Job Functions: 

1. To report for duty on time, well groomed and in a clean and smart uniform, maintaining a positive and friendly image.
2. Ensure to attend daily line up in participation with the Front Office team.
3. To ensure that all rules and regulations set by the hotel are strictly followed.
4. Ensure desk is tidy and immaculate at all time.
5. To maintain a good working relationship with all staff in the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation in doing the job.
6. To work closely with the Guest Services Team to ensure glass door and lift lobby coverage. 
7. To communicate with the Bell Captains to ensure that all guests luggage and any other requests are carried out in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
8. To meet and greet all VIP3 and limo guests upon arrival at the driveway and are escorted to their room for in-room check-in.
9. Ensure update of daily show room availability and accessibility of show room keys.
10. To warmly welcome all VIP guests attending functions or dining at hotel.
11. To be knowledgeable with services and facilities of the hotel as to provide guests with the necessary information.
12. To be knowledgeable of daily in-house and upcoming event.
13. To coordinate the arrivals of guests on the Express Check-In Program as well as guests who booked the hotel’s limousines to ensure all rooms are ready upon their arrival.
14. To coordinate with the Ritz-Carlton Club concierge on the arrivals of Club guests with hotel limousines, in order to ensure that Club concierge meet Club guests at driveway upon arrival at the hotel.
15. To escort guests arriving on a group basis to check-in venue, then to elevator after registration has been done and explain the Marlock key system and hotel facilities to guests
16. To provide lateral service to other departments as when required.
17. To collect the quality guests’ preferences in the hotel.
18. To perform any tasks or assignments given by the Guest Relations Supervisor.
19. Communicate any issue/concerns promptly to Guest Relations Supervisor.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day accounting routine duties which includes:

· Distribution of Banking system batching reports to key business units

· Compilation of daily system-generated management reports and investigate exception flagged in these reports with respective key business units

· Preparation of MAS monitoring reports such as MCB, MLA, QL, AMR

· Perform Nostro Bank Reconciliation to ensure unreconciled items are followed up and investigate any abnormity on a timely basis

· Perform journal entries for interest income/expense/service fee relating to Nostro/Vostro Bank accounts

· Compilation and binding of Journal entries vouchers and ensure internal maintenance of Journal vouchers are met

· Perform batching checks for error/suspense flagged by Banking system and execute end of day batching

2. Manage the periodicaccounting routine duties which includes:

· Generate and distribution of periodical system-generated reports via Banking system to key business units

· Preparation of fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-annual and annual management reports, regulatory reporting and statistical survey and ensure timely submission to management, MAS, IRAS and DOS.

· Obtain regular internal clearance from key business units to facilitate the preparation of the MAS returns and GST return

· Perform pre-submission checks through variance analysis for MAS and GST returns and investigate the reason for any exception variance flagged

· Escalating Customers’ Returned mail for Head of Operation/KYC action and prepare the Monthly Customers' Statement Returned Mail Log for Compliance Officer’s review

· Perform half-annual Inter-branches Interest income/expense reconciliation

· Assists in year-end audit by providing documentation/schedules required by Internal/External Auditors and preparation/replying of Nostro/Vostro Audit Confirmation

· Packing and maintaining records of past year reports to be send to warehouse for storage

3. Other adhoc routine duties which includes:

i. Attending to variance queries raised by regulator for submitted MAS returns

ii. Participate in ad hoc projects such as UAT report verification for new reporting implementation

iii. Ad hoc duties assigned by manager

Job Description

• Responsible for implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environmental Management Systems at work sites
• Conduct regular WSH Safety inspections, ensure follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance to Company’s ISO & OSHAS policies
• Work closely with site operations staff and Project Managers on all Workplace Safety and Health issues
• Conduct accident / incident investigations and recommendations on corrective actions to prevent recurrence

• Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation

• Prepare and submit Site Environmental Control Programme of the construction site before work commences on the worksite
• Provide and conduct Safety training for all new employees and workers
• Actively monitor and prevent environmental health issues within construction sites
• Advising construction site contractors on environmental remediation measures, facilitating compliance with the environmental laws, carrying out site inspections and engagement of stakeholders for environmental lapses, as well as educating workers on maintaining good environmental health standards
• Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Programme and Report to the Occupier of the construction site
