· Principal Executive/ Deputy Head (Finance & Accounting) - minimum 8 years of working experience in finance related role

This role will report to the General Manager of CSSD Singapore.

Primary responsibilities of role

The Role

As our Corporate Services Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring corporate compliance while growing alongside the company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Corporate Compliance: Work with the corporate secretarial team to execute end-to-end duties, including rigorous KYC/AML due diligence, statutory filings via the ACRA BizFile system, and the drafting of standard board resolutions.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise directly with accountants, auditors, and tax agents to ensure that critical data (such as declared salaries from work passes) is seamlessly integrated and cross-referenced to ensure absolute firm-wide compliance.
• Immigration Services: Work towards becoming CEI certified to assist with the end-to-end processing, submission, and tracking of Employment Pass (EP), Dependant Pass (DP) and other work pass applications via the MOM portal.
• Operational Execution: Manage the complete commercial lifecycle of making digital and physical company stamps, including inbound sales processing, accurate invoicing, and flawless production. Maintain and optimise internal client databases, such as the Knoon.ai Masterlist.
• Networking & Business Development: Represent the company in a designated BNI Chapter to systematically develop strategic networks and B2B referral pipelines, while assisting leadership at other high-value networking events and seminars.

* Financial month end closing

* Coordinate and liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents and tax authorities

* Responsible for all duties related to Human Resources,

* Monthly payroll preparation, CPF submission

* Responsible of IRAS AIS,IR8A, Corporate tax, Income tax etc.

* MOM WPOL/EPOL/ matter

* Handling other admin duties

* Perform any other ad hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements :

* Candidate must possess at least diploma or equivalent.

* Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin (read, write and speak) as the incumbent needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in the course of work.

* At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to maintain full set of accounts
• Help and manage an accounts department of 15 staffs Preparation of financial, budgets and statements
• Cash flow planning and management
• Credit control, risk management and treasury functions
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and internal and external compliance
• Should have experience in Payroll workings and HR Reports.
• Report on the financial implications of key operational decisions
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Possess degree in Finance and/or Accountancy with at least 5 years in similar capacity
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
• Responsible, meticulous, self-motivated and committed to meet deadlines
• Competent with Financial and Microsoft software
• Able to work in Loyang vicinity and on alternate Sat.
• Payroll and HR experience will be an advantage

• Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system
• Ensure all receipts are updated in the accounting system on timely basis
• Handle the banking of cheques into bank accounts on timely basis
• Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables
• Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules
• Prepare monthly payslips for payroll purpose
• Handle account closing up to the monthly trial balance, income statement and balance sheet
• Handle quarterly Goods and Services Tax filing
